Nomination Deadline: May 1, 2012
Nominations will be chosen from businesses, organizations and individuals who have demonstrated the highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity and civic and social responsibility.
A committee of community leaders will select a maximum of 10 finalists from the nominations received. Student teams from the UTSA College of Business will conduct research and prepare reports to be used by a selection committee to select those to be specially recognized at our culminating celebration dinner in Spring 2013.
To submit a nomination, nominators must be willing to:
- Complete the information on the form below.
- Submit the short summary below of 1,000 words maximum.
- Be interviewed about your nominee in August or September.
- Ensure that the nominee is willing to participate in the mentoring portion of the project with students from UTSA College of Business (about 15 hours of nominee's time).
The applications will be qualified by completeness and date submitted.

Please note that the nominee must be willing to participate in the educational process that culminates in the Ethics in Business Awards, including being interviewed by students and providing them with information regarding the actions, programs or accomplishments for which they have been nominated.
