Now in its tenth year, Camp Wellness continues to help children build emotional strength and social awareness in fun, age-appropriate ways.
At every camp, kids aged 5–12 explore:
- How to recognize and respond to bullying
- How to support peers and protect their own well-being
- How to express themselves through art, music, and play
Though they may sometimes look like any other summer-camp activity, each exercise is grounded in therapeutic intention. For instance, kids paint answers to questions like What does feeling good look like to you? When you look at the responses, you can see just how much they’re learning about self-awareness, empathy, and joy. It’s their receptivity that has us excited to remember that as our future, these kids will build a kinder world for us all.
