This dynamic gathering helps bolster the efforts of The Center for Hope and Healing in communities across the region.
Our keynote speaker is Lauren Sisler, an EMMY award winning ESPN reporter and former gymnast at Rutgers University. A family emergency prevented her from speaking last year and she is delighted to join us this year. Lauren lost both of her parents within hours of each other to a concealed opioid addiction. She has since dedicated her life to helping others who have suffered in the face of addiction, inspiring them to overcome its gravity and stigma, to lead lives of extraordinary fulfillment. Her book, Shatterproof, serves as a guide for how we all can “break down the barriers that stand in the way of us living our best lives.”
