Life After Loss is a supportive grief program offered by The Ecumenical Center to help individuals understand grief and learn how to live with loss in a healing way. The program provides a safe space to share experiences, gain insight, and connect with others who are grieving. Each six-week session includes teaching, group discussion, and learning activities, all guided by trained facilitators experienced in bereavement support. Attendance at all six sessions is required, as each session builds on the previous one. The program is open to adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one at least six months prior, and there is no cost to participate.
